This book is so much fun! The bold and colorful illustrations make it an absolute party and the text is dramatic and conveys the personality of the cat perfectly. It seems that everything, the illustrations and text and meant to show the perspective and personality of this feline. For example, a vacuum isn’t a vacuum, it is a monster. And a barking poodle is a drama queen.
In the end he does find a place to sleep and is energetic and ready come nightfall for new adventures. This is book made to delight and is sure to have readers young and old falling in love with the incredibly likable Mister Pip.
