The Very Fluffy Kitty Papillon

The Very Fluffy Kitty Papillon by A. N. Kang

I have always been a cat lover. I got my first cat when I was eight years old and I have pretty much always had one since.  The one that we have now is very much a part of our family.  She even has her photo up on our family photo wall.  My toddler and her play throughout the day and one of our favorite things about her his how incredibly fluffy she is.  So fluffy that she petting her is nearly unavoidable.

This is the story about a kitty who is also incredibly, unbelievably fluffy.  He is so fluffy in fact, that he floats!  That’s right, floats!  His owner, Miss Tilly, solves the problem of him potentially floating away by putting him in costumes that weigh him down a bit.  Only Papillon is not a fan of this predicament because he feels costumes are absolutely ridiculous.  Sushimi, sombreros and shark,  just to name a few. Then there is the fact that he wants to fly off and explore.  One day he decides to do just that, however once he gets floating he can’t figure out how to get down and go home!  The solution that presents itself is delightful and sure to make children smile.

This story is brimming with personality and is simply entertaining.  It explores a creative idea of a fluffy kitty who floats and is totally charming.  The illustrations are done in a beautiful color palette with a lot of aqua and the text is sweet and fun.  Such a cute book to add to your collection,  I know Papillon has floated his way into our hearts.
